Historically, significant changes in the statutes and case law have made Workers Compensation a specialized area of the law. We have been involved in handling cases relating to the statutory changes in 1979, 1983, 1989, 1990, 1994, and 2003. This expertise gives us the unique ability to properly advise our clients on any facet of their Workers Compensation case.  This experience also gives us knowledge of case law that can be employed for your benefit.

We have handled cases from the most straightforward orthopedic or neurological injury, to the most complex catastrophic brain injury, environmental or workplace exposure, and repetitive trauma cases. Our attorneys have written chapters utilized by the Florida Bar on Workers Compensation law, and have been past and members of the Executive Council of the Workers Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.

Our firm also handles Bureau of Compliance issues related to Stop Work Orders and fines assessed by the Florida Department of Financial Services. We help our clients work through the process and lower their fine assessments so that there is minimal business interruption.
