There are three basis ways a denial can be appealed.

1. You can call your local office and appeal you case over the telephone.
2. You can personally visit your local office and file your appeal paper work in person.
3. Thirdly, you can have your attorney prepare the proper documentation for submission to the Social Security Administration.
